Staffers LLC, is seeking a highly professional, detail oriented, high-energy, positive attitude Staffing Coordinator that is ready to contribute to our dynamic team! This position is full-time and will include on-call. As one of Utah's most trusted healthcare staffing agencies, our expertise lies in "coming to the rescue" for healthcare facilities in need of interim staffing. As the Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of all licensed personnel in over a dozen healthcare facilities in Utah and Oregon. 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • One year of related administrative experience, home care and/or home health, office administration, or specific scheduling background
  • One Year of Scheduling Experience required
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, work quickly and efficiently
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize
  • Strong time management, written, and verbal skills
  • Problem solving, problem prevention, and issue resolution skills
  • Leadership and sound decision making is critical
  • Computer literacy and program skills/Microsoft Office/Outlook
  • Commitment to our vision, mission, goals, and team-oriented approach
  • Personable, friendly, upbeat, and positive attitude

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Answering telephone calls, problem solving, providing information to caregivers, clients and industry professionals
  • Scheduling shifts and fielding shift changes based on Company standards and benchmarks
  • Maximizes schedule potential for all staff
  • Replaces call-offs with available staff
  • Obtaining monthly availability schedules from staff to assist with filling shifts quickly
  • Updating scheduling system to ensure accurate schedules
  • Verifying hours worked, clock-ins, and clock-outs through our scheduling system
  • Maintain daily tardy and absenteeism calendars
  • Report to Staffing Manager all employees with excess tardiness or absenteeism in accordance with company policy
  • Develop and maintain a good working rapport with agency personnel
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clients and prospective clients
  • Screening potential caregivers, scheduling interviews, and interviewing
  • Participates in new hire orientation
  • Data entry and file system maintenance
  • Various other duties as assigned
  • Accept limited on-call duty a minimum of two (2) weekends per month and 1-2 evenings per week
