The role of a Travel Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is to work as and when required in support of the nursing and administrative team in providing high quality care and support. Responsible for the supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents and to ensure quality care to all residents and their families. To ensure all resident needs are assessed, individual care plans have been created, nursing care is administered and evaluated, and supervise all nursing personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
